I need to get tires mounted and balanced. Any suggestions where?

I need to get 2 17" tires mounted and balanced. I've made an appointment today to get my car aligned and the same shop wants $15 each to mount and balance the tires.

Can anyone suggest somewhere a little cheaper?

AK Tire near Ward and Nassau. Get to Westshore Blvd by TIA. Go west on Cypress. Turn north on Ward. Then west on Nassau. Look to the right and you'll see a large fenced in shop. I think the building is unmarked, so keep a lookout for 3-4 bays and probably a red RX7 out front.

They only charged me $5 per wheel to mount and balance my tires. They do great work.

I just came from there. They changed there name to Advance Performance. Peopl there are real cool and friendly. They do good work too.

I'd recommend them from now on.

how much did you end up paying for mount, balance and alignment? i need to replace my tires soon too so i'll probably go there aswell

Well, I bought some tires too. Yokohama AVS sports to be exact. I think there mounting and balancing is $15 a tire, but don't quote me on that. I purchased several things at once so I'm not sure of the price break down.

I went to AK tires on Friday, brought my own tires. Mounting and Balancing was $15/ea there. I had 4 more mounted and balanced @ Tire Kingdom by my house....$15/ea. Same Price. Gonna stay close to my house...
