I read the article maybe a month ago...expected Michelin to hide those things in a regular looking tire, and they might. I mean, worse case scenerio, some worthless fuck could slash your tires pretty bad/easily this way still, but if they were inclosed it might not be so bad

i believe they are open as a demo/prototype... i would expect the production versions to be enclosed

yea otehrwise little creatures like mice and stuff could get stuck in there, and that certainly wouldnt be funny.

Why the hell would an american company try that out on a GERMAN car? What the hell... Why not try it out on a Mustang or Focus or something....
