Supra mkIV v. Mazda RX7 3rd gen
Well looks like i maybe looking for a new car, and i have had these two on my mind I am looking for somthing older but classy in a sense.
Which one is better and why?
i know the supra has a bullet proof engine, but how are the tranny's in the automatics? just curious....
the rx7 looks awsome and has a high reving motor, but how long do they really last with any decent power to them?
i have found one mkiv red auto, very clean with stock turbos and only 61k miles for $24,500
i have also found a really nice 95 rx7 with a nice motor and body built engine and its only $22,000

rx7's are beautiful cars but if I had one I'd do an LT1/LS1 swap
I wouldn't want a motor I spent years learning the opposite of

I'd go with a 6MT Supra...the Automatic can be faster in the long run,but building Trannys is not cheap...ive seen SEVERAL 6MT Supras over 750whp,on a NON built tranny
Plus...the motor is bullet proof, throw bigger injectors,EMS,single turbo,BPU upgrades and say hi to 650-800whp for me
