Aerocomp is probably the closest place to you with the best awd dyno. Do a search for dyno's in the general car chat, I made a post with all the area AWD dyno's and websites. Jump on the local tampa dsm board and there are a couple people running aem ems if you end up to go that route that can help you tune.
If I was in your position I would use the money towards an safc, hks/crower cams, wideband(and work on a better tune), eprom w/ chip and then look at a rebuilt trans since your car is a 90 and all and that is the worst dsm trans to walk the earth(imo). Your car will perform better and you will get more out of your money if you go that route then with an aem ems at this point.

Thanks for the references though.
brad brooks will be back in tampa in about 8 weeks and he is your best bet.
h'es made over 600whp with several dsm's and you can ask jerry aka lancerman if you need confirmation w/ brad's ability to tune.
my car is getting aem soon...and in order for brad to come back he needs 4-5 cars to tune...to make it worth his while.
