Default Racing Suit and Helmet opinions

I'm in the market for a new racing suit for 2005.

Companies I've been looking at

Stand21
Sparco
Simpson
Impact!

I'm looking for personal experiences,

Don't need those things until what, 9 second range at the drag strip? I don't see many amateur autoxers wearing them, either. That gets rid of about 99 percent of the 25 percent of people on this board that frequent a track in the first place.

get either nomex or the carbon x and I like the simpson stuff the best the sparco stuff is good to but try finding a place you can try them on. The closet place is orlando. At least the simpson dealers let you return stuff after you try it on at home. Oh and the impact is some crap I think even though the simpson guy makes it. and I never heard of the other one
