Hit and run? Sounds more like tool loses control and almost gets killed cause he is too stupid to wear a seatbelt.

oh yea.....try 90mph....not 60......he was going 90 lady pulls out he over corrects hits shit flies out car not wearing seat belt. knocked out, blames old lady that pulled out just b/c he was speeding....
bottom line-his fault for going too fast....but good thing he wasn't wearing the belt..
