There is no way someone whos wearing a seat belt will be ejected from the car no matter what size they are. There are a few rare cases but it involves dissmemberment or the belt/assembly failing.

the real story of this is he was doing 60 or so ... some lady cut infront of him and instead of him hitting her he slammd on the breaks and went off on the side of the road then the car started flipping and what not he was ejected from his car he wasnt wearign a seat belt " if he was he would be DEAD" he has road rash and some cuts and what not

use some comon sense. You can figure out which one is true.
research the 'ejection" statistics.
I hopes this is a lesson learnt. Car could have been on top of him. He is beyond lucky

he was lucky and i learned a lesson too.... never wear a seatbelt.!!!
