My Wagon Almost Bit The Dust
It's actually a '95 nissan pickup. I used to be a courier and actually bought the truck for work brand new in Feb '95. At 250k the tranny came apart and being that I was using it for work, I went ahead and swapped the motor as well just to be safe because it would rattle in the morning until the oil pressure came up. The motor and tranny came from a wrecked truck with 60-70k on it, the only thing since then has been a clutch. My dad owned it for a few years and used it to haul his canoe to go fishing, he then gave it to my brother-in-law who hasn't come up with the money to tag & insure it (I think he's scared it will blow up on him
) so I have it here as a run around truck. I actually repo'd a car in Tampa last week and towed it back here with the nissan
The best part is that the air is still ice cold though every now and then I have to reach up under the dash and hit the blower motor a couple of times to get it going
