Just call a dealership and ask one of their service writers.

Call the dealership, ask for a repair quote, then ask them how that breaks down = hourly billing rate

i think he is asking more what the billable hours are for a certain job as opposed to the hourly billing rate...

all i know of is the software that you can purchase that will tell you billable hours for all jobs on all cars...
