Ok, lets clear somethings up here. For one, you would be better off paying the 300 bucks to get that shipped over here. Another thing is that this paint is VERY expensive to use. Being that it cost an arm and a leg you can imagine it would not be cheap to get someone to paint with it for you. That's if you can find anyone that can do the job. There are several different companies that have put out chrome type paint, but only one has gotten it right. Well, almost right. The best paint out there is still only 98% reflective were chrome is 100%. And that's if the process was applied correctly/perfectly. Many times it doesn't turn out as intended, and takes lots of practice to get right. Being that the materials are hella expensive you can see how practicing on the technic is still dawnting for any seasoned painter.
To get a good job done there is only one paint company you should use. And to use that manufacturers paint "system" cost 5K just to get the correct equipment to apply it. That's not including the fact that you have to go out to their plant to learn how to apply the stuff. This is no laymans job. Unless things have changed drastically in the last year you are not going to get the "chrome" look you seek for cheap.
If you google "chrome paint" you can learn a lot in a matter of minutes.
