Dave White Is The Man ! ! !
While picking up some goodies from Dave today I was made an offer that I couldn't refuse.
Say hello to the newest member of Dave White's race team.
Can you imagine getting paid to travel around the country to support his wonderful fleet of race cars?
Not only is this a great way for me to make some good money on the weekends but Dave also wants to talk to me next week about doing some motor work for him.
I feel like one of the luckiest guys on the planet right now.
Somebody pinch me cause I must be dreaming.

Screw that water pumping twin turbo crap. My air cooled single turbo will be pushing over 500 HP when its done so who needs that 996 crap. 
The race team support will mostly be on the weekends so that will not interfere with engine lab at all.
Dave wants to talk to me about other work so I will have to see if that is another job offer all together or something I can balance with EL.
I am also trying to get my FAA A&P certification which will require me to get some time in at a certified aircraft repair and maintenance facilty so whatever occurs it looks like I will have more than one job in the near future.

Well that is very cool. You could learn a ton from working at Dave White. Too bad about Gary - Congrats... I know many folks that take their car there.
