<--gave his .02 already

1-get DuPont "high performance wheel paint" in bronze(they have the clear coat also at walmart)
2-tape off the wheels
apply ONE light coat first, then a thick 2nd coat
3-let sit for about 30 minutes
4-two coats of clear, let sit for one hr
5-put on the car,and be mad JdM StYLiN

Depends on the wheel. If the wheel is in descent shape with no chips or rough spots on it then your good to go. Just make sure the surface is extremely clean and lay down some primer and gitrdun.
