Default turbocharging

hey there. my dad and i are thinking about turbocharging our 1973 bmw 2002 but were not sure exactly what kind of turbo to get and if we even can with carbeurators. it has a 2.8 liter engine. some of you might have saw it at the track in brdenton (yes we broke the differential). if anybody can give us some info id really appreciate it. thanks.

I can tell you yes, it is possible but the carbs just make it a bit harder to tune.

Also, I know you are a n00b, but this is the wrong forum. Anything to do in general with a car, goes in "General Car Chat." Yes, it is possible to turbo your car. Supercharging might be more efficent.
