Damn Project Creep
Keeps eating up my money, but it looks like the following item may soon be mine.
It should be a nice improvement over the factory headers due to the removal of about 3 feet of stock header tubing.

It set me back $700.
I should be able to make a good chunk of it back by selling my old factory plumbing on e-bay.
I have also decided to go EFI and upgrade to a giant intercooler.
Below is the factory system for comparison. It will be a lot lighter, but I will loose my heater boxes. My plan is to build some ducts that will grab some of the cooling air from the heads to keep me warm in the winter instead.

This is the internet. You're just supposed to talk up whatever you do know as if you're a salesman for it. i.e. I drive a Supra and a Corolla therefore 2JZ is the greatest and so is the 4A and I don't care about anything else because it's all crap since I don't have it. I also have a stack of $20 bills in front of me, therefore 20>50 and 20>100 and 20>1000. $20 bill FTW.
I was going to wait till the car was on the road again till I changed out the exhaust or induction but 'I should do it all while the engine is out' has led me to do everything at once.
Just wait till you see the size of the intercooler that can fit under the tail.
