That one rap video with the Navigator and the crazy mexican with the streched ears and tats has black chrome rims in it.

Not wheels, but here are two pictures I found so you can get an idea what the finish looks like (if you didn't know already):

Looks 100% better with the clear top coat. In person, it looks just as reflective as chrome but with a blackish hue.

 

black chrome is freaking pimp.. but .. i would only suggest it on certain cars. Doesn't look good on everything but that my opinion...

 

Black chrome = sex.
