KICKASS! A TRUE GTO! My personal favorites are the 3rd gen ones though, where they went back to horizontal styling. 69 or so I believe?
However, I actually hope GM makes the new 6.4 V8, which would be going in the GTO and Corvette, because thats as close as you can get to the original motor displacement-wise.

1964-1967 & 1968-1972, there was only one major redesign...the bodies changed subtley from year to year.
There "3rd gen" would be the new GTO's

I dont know that you can really classify Muscle Cars under 'generations' like you can today, where the average one lasts 7 years, although back then, some cars changed practically every year, GTO was one, Camaro, Charger too IIRC.
