Thats what iam doing when I get the time. Snap on makes a tool for this it looks kinda like a pick with a Handle or something. Its only 20 or less dollars.

That tool is to get the windshield out for the new one to come in. Don't take a windshield you want out with that tool.

We did the one in my firebird and it came out pretty fuggin' good considering we laid the tape and ish on at night.

Dude thats a rip off diamond auto glass in clearwater was the cheapest but It was my second call because I was running late for work but I will call that pasco place.

Taking a windshield out isn't on my top list of things to do.

What kind of car is it going in? Goto the junkyard, take some piano wire / pieces of wood (small) and 32$ with you.

IF it's installed with butle (sp?) tape then it shouldn't be to hard, but if the windshield was installed with urathane (sp?) that's going to be a bitch.

Its suppose to take like 20mins. to take out the old and install the new. Safelite autoglass guy I saw install one on a new car. He didn't even break a sweat.

Ok so your telling me to try safelite autoglass are or you stating that its easy to do.

Its suppose to be easy to do. No safelite is exspensive.
