Jack stands max lift is maybe the wheels a foot and a half off the ground. Hydraulic lift, eh seven feet? If my car is going to fall due to unsafe conditions I'd rather it fall a foot or two then seven.

oh, and one jackstand and a JACK?? c'mon, that's not safe at all. these guys are probably just a bling shop and you've got some idiot owners of exotic cars that want their 20 inch bling wheels not knowing where to take their car for quality service. so you get a slick salesman and a lot of chrome and they hand over their keys. not for me.
