Save your money. 95% of my speeding tickets (there's a bunch of them) were when I had some sort of radar detector. I found I would get lazy and start relying on them rather than watching traffic around me. Lazer, which I see pretty much exclusively being used in pinellas by local police and state troopers will get you anyway. With regular radar, I've found keeping an eye out, knowing hot spots for traps, and watching cars around you, especially brake lights ahead of you has done more for me than any radar detector.
