Default Need Help with tire/lowering problem...

i got a 03 corolla S with 18' ADR Sukudo Rims On It and the tire size i got is 225/40 and im planning to get some tein springs for it...and im wondering would it really rub against the fender or the inside fender and could i really turn without touching the fender???

if you don't lower it too much it will be fine. 1-1.5" drop is more than enough.

First question... what Tein springs?

Then when you know that, find out how much they will lower your car. This is also important to know if you're running stock shocks.

If anything with it only being lowered that much you might need to go to a body shop and have the fenders rolled.

If he only does an inch or so, he wont have to do that. If the offset on the wheels is correct for the car, it should be fine. My old car was lowered like 2.5-3" and since I picked the right sizes for everything, they didn't rub ever.

Did you look at the links I posted? It shows what kind of a drop you'll get with each type of spring. Your choice. Don't get anything more than 2", I think. Especially with stock shocks.

teins type S is what i got on my car it was aspose to be a 1.3 drop all around but my stereo made the back sink alot if you have a stereo i would just go with coil overs as soon as i get some money im going to do that and sell my teins
