Had a busy weekend upgrading my brakes

nice... brakes have been my most enjoyable upgrade so far... now i just need to get my bigger rears on.

not a very good pic... see if i can get some better ones.



'87 factory turbo body cab. ~50k miles. he has owned it since around '91-'92. had ~13k miles on it when he got it.

upgrading the brakes was the best thing i've done hands down. The look on peoples faces when you go from "really" fast to the speed limit "on the track" is priceless. Looks good!

EDIT - added pic because everyone else has!

Congradulations Jeremy.

I have abused my turbo breaks a lot and never once was able to make them fade.

It would take a lot of misusing them at a serious track event to do so.

They do fill up a set of 17" rather nicely too. Its quite a tight fit in the stock fuchs though.

Nice Kyle. and yes - even though the stock Carrera brakes are pretty good - the Turbo are a large step up.

Thanks! though you should've gone with the cardboard edition for weight reduction.
