Default Interesting info on 350Z

I was doing a valuation on a 350Z that was totaled. The current NADA retail (used) was actually higher than the listed MSRP(new). It did have lower than usual miles, was a 2003.

Good to know if you own a 350Z, just thought I would share the info.

That's because you can't get a 350Z for MSRP. When you add all the taxes and fees it sums up to thousands more than MSRP. Plus whenever you have to put your name on a waiting list for a car you're never gonna get it at MSRP.

Where have you seen a waiting list for Zs? Every dealer I see has a ton of them on the lot. I know there were waiting lists when they were brand new, but now they are a dime a dozen.

yeah, now you may have to wait for a track model, but you can find just about any other FOR MSRP....everyone is hurting to sell cars right now, i dont care what kind, with the economy taking a hit from the hurricanes and gas prices, they'd love to give them away for msrp

I just don't like the fact that they were 28K and up a year ago new and now you can find them on autotrader for 20K...... that's a bummer..... hope people buy gap insurance

I can buy ANY nissan for .75% over invoice (which is obviously under MSRP)...it's called VPP.
