Thanks Jeremy2792 and En-GLaived, I really dont care if they believe me or not. I know what I saw. As for the Mclaren F1, it's the GTR version and he said that his is one of only two that are street legal. I will try to get some pics. of these cars with my digital camera.

His house is massive, I always see exotic cars parked out front. The cheapest POS i've seen there was probably a BMW Z8, and that ain't bad.

Ohh yeah, the guy doesnt pussy his cars either. I talked to him at the stoplight at Bay to Bay and Bayshore while he was in his GT2. I just complimented his cars and house (I saw him pulling out of his drive way, so I knew it was him) and he just gunned it out of there and became a speck in the distance.
Also, are you sure he has the McLaren GTR? That thing has a dogbox and if you drive it without ear plugs you will go deaf...
