Smoking A/C
I went mudding the other day in the WRX and since then my A/C has been smoking. Like a white fog coming out of the vents from time to time. It doesnt happen all the time, just sometimes.
My friend said its because something in the A/C is dirty.
What could it be

Not sure if WRX's use a cabin filters but there could be one cause..any specific smells?
As well from where you a/c drains the water from your evaporator..behind the dash. That line could be clogged or if you got in deep enough mud it could have gone up the tube.

If you have access to a compressor and a blower stick it up the tube and blow it out..if not buy some compressed air from a computer store, for cleaning mother boards and what not.. and use that.
What your looking for..looking toward the firewall..it will be on the passenger side. About half-way down.. If you know what a/c lines llok like..tit should be below that..My bet it is black..
