Default Quick Tint Question

Does anybody or did anybody work at a place that does window tinting?? I need my windows tinted, but I don't feel like scraping the old glue off. How pissed off do they get and will they even do it, if there is still glue on 3 of the 5 windows?????????

Thanks,

Also anyone know anywhere cheap in the Pinellas area?

I have been told it comes off super easy if you mix ammonia and water, not sure on the ratio, but it will be the sticky shit right off. Just use a razor blade on it.

It will probably be worth it to you, because they usually want an arm and a leg to pull it off.

I know it comes off easy, but I am lazy. I did the front two windows when they were out of the car. I just want to know if anyone that works at one throws a fit or charges an assload to get it off.

Thanks

The rest of the windows will probably cost you at least $60, but then again, it is probably relative to the cost of the tint you will be putting on too. I had them install Formula 1 tint, which is supposed to be the best on the market. The Llumar is the next step down, and I am not sure on the options below that.

Down here, most cars are about 180 with the Llumar, and about 230 with the Formula 1. Of course, there are the guys that do it for $45 all day, but it's the crap that turns purple.
