I'd throw rocks at it either way. Rims like that belong only on a VW IMO. Tailights needed to go before I clicked this thread. Overall it doesnt look too bad, but in the end its still a civic.

This is civic is 100% custom. There is no roof to this car-it is a summer car only. Chassis is custom and can handle weight and hard driving. Motor is a 98 single over head vtec-fuel regulator, greddy headers, lightspeed high flow cat, greddy power extreme exhaust, tranny has a stage 3 clutch and lightened flywheel. Numerous parts under hood have been polished. Car is very fast especially with the lessened weight. Car is rolling on 17 inch jacknives with nitto rubber. Nuespeed springs and tokico shocks. The outside is fitted with a full wings west body kit. The seats are from a gsr and are in mint condition. The back door does open and inside are 4 12inch kickers with a 1800watt rockford amp. The inside is fitted with 2 sets of mb quart components--VERY LOUD. The radio is a kenwood tv unit and will be sold seperatly. Car also has idiglo gauges and 10 strobe lights in the headlights and tailights. Paint is glasurit (top of the line) and changes colors as you walk around.
