Most cars will eat a 50-60 dry shot with no problems, even easier with a wet shot.

Back off your timing a degree or 2 and run a colder spark plug and spray away.

what spark plug would you recomend, i just bought some NGK platinums to replace my bosch shits, i was told theyre better than the new iridiums, but then i read up on iridium and its stronger, so it is made thinner, making less resistance..
anyways, thanks for your reply.

whenever i get it hookedup, im gonig to dyno it to see how lean it is, and maybe bump up the shot if it can handle it

rule of thumb is two degrees for every 50 shot of nitrous, but your v8 should have enough fuel to support a 50 or 60 shot without the wet system, but a wet system is always a good thing to have. your stock plugs should be fine as long as they're not platinum, i ran a 225 shot on my integra. i ran ngk power -7 ,but go to a speed shop tell them what your running and ask what plug they think you should run, just run a one step coulder plug if needed

Damn, is that on the stock block with no internal mods? Wet or dry--intake induction or direct port? How many bottle did you get through at that shot?

This thread is great!! You should be able to safely run around a 100-125 shot without tearing things up as long as fuel and spark is right. Don't use platinum plugs, your injectors running at 65 psi is possibly correct, but has nothing to do with anything, it's the volume of fuel they can deliver that you are worried about, not the pressure. Honestly, a 50-60 shot on your car would be the equivalent of driving on a cold winter morning Try picking up a book or two on nitrous and how it works, you'll be miles ahead if you learn the basics instead of looking for advice from people laying a 225 shot to a 1.8 liter

I use a 120 shot of direct port on my 100k mile bottem end. Stock oem Honda plugs. You can use a higher octane fuel like 100. I think BBB uses 114 when he runs.
