Car restore ?

If you could restore a car which one would it be and why. And i mean muscle car. Pics would help

'70 Cutlass 4-4-2. It's always been a favorite of mine and if I were going to be doing an actual restore on a classic, that would be it.

Now, if it were just to build a car to run...there are better options I'd use.
