What is the best thing to get the yellow stuff off of older headlights? Anyone have any suggestions?

My dad bought some stuff recently that works miracles on most of the plastic dinginess...no clue what it is called but it's a 3 step chemical thingy.

Theres an infomercial/commercail that always comes on SPIKE tv. All I can remember is that it goes on a drill and has hundreds of little peices of cloth and claims to restore anything.

Columbian Tripoli Compound and a buffing wheel that you can use in any electric drill. Works great and can be used on any non-ferrous metal, plastic, wwood and painted surfaces.
