other thought on this is that the track doesn't HAVE to apply this to their set of standards. They can enforce stricter standards if they wish...

hmmm, it says the car can't have a power adder, but since an 03 does stock, they should be able to get away with the usual bolt ons (although it doesn't take a whole lot to break 11.49 in one).

I have never seen a bone stock Z06 run faster than mid/low 12's unless you are talking about John force driving, and yeah you are right about the Cobras, but still thats lightly modded, Im talking BONE stock....
