I hope Ford takes the GT racing at LeMans again. I'd love to see another Ferrari-Ford re-match. Hopefully with the same results . Would be neat to see Ford whip Ferrari's ass again.

It was called the GT40 before because it was 40" tall. Well, the new ford GT isnt 40" tall, so why bother calling it GT40.

well you beat me to it but yes that is the reason the original was the GT40.

Also I spotted a new Ford GT on I-75 yesterday afternoon. It was a dark blueish purple similar to the color Ferrari has on their 360s.

The Ford GT is absolutley awesome. I love that Top Gear review of it. Just wish it was more affordable.

3 Z06s, 2 vipers, or 1 GT ---- I would still take the 1 Ford GT

It will be that good.

It's actual price tag is fairly reasonable. But the auction tag, which is what the dealers have been doing with them, is much higher .
