Anyone have any first hand knowledge of shops or terminal bay rentals in Tampa or North Tampa? I'm possibly looking to move to something on this side of the bay, large enough to hold 2 cars. Its hard to find these types of places in the yellow pages or online.

 

bump. me 2 if anyone knows let a hommie know... G... and all that other gangster jazz. there is a place out by the airport, but they dont have any open spots. the place is pimp, it comes with a/c, free electric, and an air compressor.... thats right its own AIR COMPRESSOR!!! but no open spots... makes me a sad panda.

Benjamin road isn't much closer than my current shop. If it was a ridiculous deal, it might be a possibility. Looking for monthly rentals, probably sub $450/mo.

 

when i went the leasing guy said that you needed a double spcae (fire code or some jazz). it was like $400 and some change for the a/c and the electric and what not. 4 rolling doors (garage style) it had a couple of different "car" places in there already. id ont have any time this week but i will try to drive by there and get u a phone #. but the place is month to month so there is no real telling when you might be able to get a slot.
