When i was at Porsche Funfest in Illinois this past weekend i was talking with someone there that drove Tim Allens Carrera GT and he said Tim Allen paid $907,000 for his.
i will post some pics of the Porsche Funfest later on.

And there is a nice write up in road and track comparing the GT to the mercedes mclauren and the ENZO. Said the Porsche was the only one that felt stable at 180 mph <--- or something along those lines - not a direct quote

well unfortunetally everyones screwed. They are going to make 1500 of these cars over a 4 year span and they are all already accounted for.
