Works great but you don't need to use the soap they offer. Just buy the filters. Hand scrub car with a bucket and any soap you like, rinse on high pressure with the nozzle then switch to filter.

 

I have a soft water machine at work that does the same thing, but i did buy it and it works great, except pricey but i think they'll drop the price onece teh new wears off.

 

ive been using my dads since it came out. ive always liked it, except for this past sunday when i washed my car. it came out horrible. then my dad said that the filters needed to be cleaned, after i washed my car. thanks a lot dad! so that would explain why my car turned out like crap for the first time. in fact, my mom was nice enough to buy me my own this weekned.

fuck yea it works, my first time using it was a week ago.. shit was badass, i hate cleaning up and drying cars after i get done washin lol..
