Force Fed 23 - Thanks, I was wondering about the tranny too. Have learned that the 944 Turbo has a beefed up tranny that they say will handle the increased power and the only requirement is a different flywheel. Sounds a litle oversimplified but I have the information coming. Will let you know. If true, it sounds like it would be a great ride! Real problem will be finding a high mileage 944 turbo that is in good shape. Porsche owners seem to keep excellent maintenance records; probably better than Nissan owners. Please let me know if you heard of any 944 turbos for sale. Have a great Memorial Day Weekend! Son and I are going to race our 91 Mustang GT this weekend. With 468 rwhp is a heck of a ride too!

Marko - sounds like you have had a little experience in this area. Would you care to elaborate? Thanks for the input!

It was my buddies car...he decided to scrap the car. He let me test pilot the car when he first got it. THe damn thing was a death trap. You would be going down the road and the car would be shaking. you let go of the steering wheel, and the car quits shaking and the steering wheel would start shaking. We never put the engine in it. It was a pretty basic swap though.

bert, consult fast240z on this one

he's been down this road many times, and his car is pretty damned fast!

check the vid of his wheelstand in the "video section". that pretty much sums it up in my book
