About to buy one, but before I do I'm trying to figure out the upgrade costs... how much do they usually run, and does anyone know how often?

if anyone has one, you can go to valentineone.com, enter your serial info, and supposedly it'll have pricing and upgrade info... unfortunately, i dont have a s/n for a v1.

i had an old version and it said it wasnt worth the upgrade but it would have been 150 if i wanted to do it.

i cant remember so i may be wrong.
but i think from like 1.7 to 1.8 is 130$

I called and it was about $180 for mine. Last time i checked they only had cosmetic changes and a VERY small electrical change. they advised it wasn't worth it to upgrade at that time. I have had mine about 3.5 yrs.
