If your car doesn't knock or ping on 87 octane then it will make better power with 87 than 93 .. 93 octane is less volatile than 87.

Strap it to a dyno or take it to a track ... best way to find out if your car is normal or not.

stayed explain that like he had a fendor on you a door what??? anyway my friend has the same setup but with a type r intake and he hangs with alot of shit yea man i believe you.. some ls motors get lucky... i drove his car alot also i would stay with gsr's and way upgraded ls's and once stayed with a turbo b16(from a stop) until mid 3rd at like 6500.. although his ls went to 7400
