I have know about him for a long time, have done a lot of research into good engine builders throughout the state, and his name keeps coming up from all the big boys. Curious if any of the heavy hitters here have ever used him ?
For those of you that have never heard of him he is a one man show up in Lutz and is usually booked a good 3-6 months out. He did all of the R & D for Dodge on their Nascar motors and he has built or at least machined most of the top running cars in many different forms of drag racing and many other forms of motorsports.
He is very expensive but you get what you pay for.
Post up if you can add any first hand experiences because I am most likely going to have him machine my new short block.

Fulco is very good. He is a perfectionist. He does not rush anything and you will get what you pay for. He also did most of the machine work for Matt and Jay Scranton on their Ford. He has balanced several assemblies for us helped find a bad harmonic balancer. He was able to detect a piece of clay about the size of a booger on any part of the crank you put it on, it was amazing. he also has the ability to dyno at his place also.

This is what I am hearing again and again.
Looks like he is going to machine my block and rotating assembly in a few months. I drop off the block the end of this month.
It is not going to be cheap but you get what you pay for and I am looking for 700+ at the wheels so everything needs to be right on.
Thanks for the info and more is welcomed.
