Default machine shop needed

I've got a used GE block (honda b-series) that needs a little work. The block needs to be re-bored, crank checked, rotating assembly balanced, sized up for bearings, and the deck needs a new o-ring.

so here are my questions:

1.) what's a good, local machine shop with decent prices? (preferablly with plenty of honda experience)

2.) can any of these local shops replace a golden eagle o-ring? (if not, what can i do about that?)

3.) eagle rods come pre-balanced to my knowledge. what about JE pistons?

any info would be greatly appreciated!
