I think Matt is right on this one about the exhaust.

the time isnt all that bad, but remember, an 8.59 is equivalent to a 13.99....so it was about a 14.5-14.8 run the 1/4...and you need to work on your reaction times...if you were out there friday night, you would have been behind by 2 tenths before the race even started...try and get your times down to the .550 and below range, and you could be competitive, if you can get it to run conistently...

and i know that R/T has nothing to do wtih ET, but i hate seein slips and seeing bad R/Ts so no letters please

ummm i run 8.8 in the 1/th and i run 13.6 in the 1/4... i guess its teh turbo... anyways your times are just about the average times a stock 350z would put down... iam assuming along with your cai you still have street tires etc etc.. the best driving i have seen with a STOCK 350z lands them in the high 13's in the 1/4... like the show 50h said, not bad but nothing special...

most likely the turbo spooling and actually getting time to do its job...i just go by what NHRA says each should run...but as for the Zs running 15s...thats easy to cure...put a driver in them, if its the stick model, cuz a bad driver can ruin any car's performance

My 132,000 mile stock longblock with exhaust, pulley, 3.08 gear, and 4300lbs of love went 9.16, so it's decent, but I wouldn't start doing cartwheels and backflips just yet It should be a high 13 or very low 14, I went 14.38 on my 9.16 1/8th pass.

That's way off man. That may be good for people who run 2.3-4 60ft times.

What mph did that roadmaster put down on the 9.16 1/8th?

i went 14.0 in the quarter with a 2.0 60 foot my 1/8th mile time was a 8.9. so hopefully your launching can improve to get better times.
