Wait till 3 am at a closed gas station, pull up with your trailer and 55 gallon drums, drop 20 foot rubber hose into tank, put both positive and negative wires on the batt and turn the pump on, preferably a big pump, like 190 gallons an hour will do you ok...

cheap gas

Whazzup...selling even a full 55 gallon drum of gas at $1.70 marked up from $1.66 would only get you $2.20 profit. Assuming it will take only 1 gallon of gas to get there and back, you would make $0.54 per 55 gallon drum.

Now Goops idea is better. Get the gas free, then sell it at $1.70. You'd make more like $93 per 55 gallon drum.

Kinda puts the whole thing in perspective. I use about 11 gallons per week. So I spend about $100/5 weeks on gas. I just don't think it's *that* bad yet.

Rotary

No disrespect just a joke..
My 5 liter ahh hates me now...Or I hate it, 1 or the other..
I spend about 40 bucks a week right now getting to school and back and thats jsut from home to school and lunch then back for M-Thursday. Its killin me, although I do use 93 octane at like 2.00 dollars a gallon so that's why I hate it.

But yeah, pump it out and get it for free, screw selling it

I throw 87 octane at my 5.0 and it runs perfect with it .. it's these heads! I have no compression.

I get about 22-23 mpg at best. I just don't drive much except to work, which is 50-60mph for 45-50 minutes only 4 days a week, 30 miles or so each way. So I put 250 or so miles per week. Ends up being about 11 gallons of 87 octane at $1.75/gallon.

If it's any consolation, I also am adding 2-stroke oil, about 8 ounces each time I fill up. That's about $0.50 or so extra (:

I will have a low boost (~7 PSI) option on the porsche when its done so when I have to make a long trip I can safely run 87 or 89 octane.

It seems like such a waste to run premium when high boost will not be neccessary.
