You need to be more specific- 0-60 fast, 1/4 mile fast, top speed fast,etc.
Acceleration fast I'd have to go with the Enzo.

Looked up the Ericks Racing Civic, last record they show is a 9.99 as of 6-22-03.
But otherwise the 1g RX-7 isn't all that fast (:

Is it a car produced in another country and delivered to this country for domestic use OR is it a car manufactured by a manufacturer based in another country?
My Ford F150 Lightning was built in Canada, so in a way, it's an Import.
Do you want to count exotics? And what do you consider exotics?
I don't consider the Boxster an exotic. I do consider the NSX an exotic.
