So...the point of customizing cars is so that they all look the same, is that what your saying?
If you can't afford Mugen rims, than you should find something else. I like some rims that are out of my price range too.... but having something "exclusive" adds to the "wow" factor.

Well isn't the "wow" factor still there if you own the real deal authentic originals??
And I think Rota is an awesome company, they may be cheap in price..but they have awesome quality...and they're actually lightweight, unlike most knock-offs.

granted I dont like ROTA because they have a tendency to oh, snap all the spokes and destroy themselves as well as some of your car.

Honestly, who cares about the hunt? Do you really give a fuck what other people do with their cars? Just because someone has a set of "knock offs" it shouldn't make your car any less in your own eyes. I don't know about the rest of you, I modify my car for me, and me alone. I could give two shits what anyone else does with their cars or what they think about my car. Let them make knock offs. Does this really effect you or your car? No.

I agree with both sides to a point...
I think it is good to have cheap alternatives that have the same look.
I also love to see cars that are put together "right" using only quality parts, not knockoff parts. To me a car done with quality parts and not knockoffs is worth more all toghether.
It all comes down to what kinda $$ you have to spend.
If you have a Honda Civic then OK for knockoffs.
If you have a Supra.. I would like to see "quality" parts.
Good Debate either way...
