sensitivity wise i think my vector 95 was just as good as my valentine 1 is. i just like knowing where the signal is coming from.

i have like a 10 year old escort and it works better than the majority of the radar detectors i've encountered... never had a speeding ticket either

same thing happened to me, on 75, started going off, i didnt hit brakes, put signal, grabbed e brake and slowed down and was in middle. didnt come after me, was spotted with about 3/4 strength.
oh, and i believe the guy about the reflected waves, but not with a V1, i can see some chitty radar not know what to think and just assume its a diff freq. but with a good radar regardless of reflected etc. it will stay on the same freq band.
