People please, get it right. The only thing this stupid device does is filter out all the minerals and deposits that are found in regular tap water. It's those same minerals and deposits that cause water spots and blemishes. You'd have the same effect rinsing your car with Evian...

Save your money, invest in The Absorber or another shammy, and spent an extra couple minutes drying your car. Trust me, after a few car washes, the filter is useless. Just another ploy to keep you spending money every few weeks. [end rant]

Only takes me about 10 minutes to wash my car ... I guess I don't like it enough to spend more time with it

alex i think ur using it wrong. after u wash with soap, you rinse with the regular rinse. then when its all clean u use the spot free rinse. thats why it is such low pressure. not meant for soap removal. try next time grasshopper

theres a much more cost effective way to get your car that clean. theres a special type of wax or sealant, like liquid glass called rejex. runs about $15 a bottle, protects from all the elements, yada yada. but basically you wash your car, or hell, just spray it with a hose and drive around and air dry it, leaves no waterspots. and you dont even have to wash it, you could, in theory, just wait til it rains, and it should leave no water spots. i've heard many good things about it.

only bad part about it is that it requires a 12 hour curing time. but still $15/bottle as compared to the $20 starter kit + $5 refills, and it has a better longevity.
