Rusty Nuts
Last time I tried a breaker bar on a ratchet, I broke the ratchet.
No idea what brand. Just removing head bolts in my MX-6. It was the ratchet I got with the Cavalier to tap the starter with.
Used the Husky ratchet from my grandmother's tools, bent some, but didn't break.

first of all a torch isn't going to do the job that would make it harder to get out because heat EXPANDS metal....
2nd just get like a 600 ft lbs air tool and just get it off and go back and forth with it foward first and then reverse
if that fails then try wd 40
and if that fails then come over here and i'll plasma cut it off

Thanks for the tips - but they're all one's we already either tried or know about. If you have any others that would be great.

Oh Yeah! That was the first thing Travis did. I think it just made it worse.
