looking for something low decible, does it just depend on the manufacturer??. or depends on the car itself on how low/high the decibels are?..or on how big the tip is??

IM JDM 4g4D on AIM... he's not on right now, but has a stock locking exhuast that 2.25" all the way and has great performance on his 90 civic 4door

 

Engine determines exhaust note. Your Honda will never sound like a V8.

it depends on alot of things alot has to do with the heads/cam and compresion......if your trying to quit down a v-8 becase its to loud....step one don't go from headers to mufflers while using 3 1/2 inche exhaust.and don't use flowmasters or u will be in the same postion that i'm in...i can't even start my car in pinalles county....it really sucks can't even put a tune up in my car.

i have a apexi world sport 2 on my hatch with a test pipe and it is VERY quiet...... but i think its lacking in the performance dept.

 

Thermal R&D on my teg, sounds really good too!

 

2 chamber flows /w dumps ...
