like the thread says......does anyone know if the falken zeix are any good?

 

they are fine for general use street tires......but that's it.

 

they are good for the spirited driver/autox... i bought them a few months ago and damn i love them.. they have a treadwear of 420 unlike azenis have 200... they last a good while too

 

+1 ..... thats what i have on my si's and i woud only reccomend them for what she said.

 

They suck. Had them on the Focus before I sold it. Handled like shit in the rain and dry. In this case, you truely get what you pay for...cheap ass tires whose only purpose is to provide a basic rubber/air barrier between the road and the rim.

any one got any other suggestions? i got the anzenis on mine right now pretty satisfied with them but just wondering are there any other tires which they wont cost me a arm and a leg?

 

What is an arm and a leg? To me, Azenis are dirt cheap.

Try checking out Kuhmo's line of tires. They are another decent "cheap" brand out there. You may also want to check out AK Tire (one of TR's sponsors). Used tires are the thriftiest way to get decent tires on a car.

 

kumho 711's are cheap and good daily tires, but azenis arent expensive.

 

they are great tires.. quiet, last long, and handle better than most street tires with good tread life.
