Default paint prep.

Alright, I have a fender and a front bumper that need to be sanded down and then primered so i can take them to get painted. What grit(s) of sand paper should I use and in what order should it get done in ie 100, 220, 300 thanks

Default paint help

frist sand the fender and bumper with say 400 (if there is any bondo work etc) if its just new oem parts that you have hit it with 1000 to 1500. maker sure you get plastic sandable primer you should be good to go if you need help hit me back

hey bro, can you empty out your PM inbox...its full. I was wondering if i was supposed to sand it down to the bare metal or just take off the clear coat. in some spots it went right down to the metal when i just glazed over it. Just let me know asap please. thanks.
