yeah I'd have to go buy an RX-8 for that kinda money....

 

Sad thing is depending on how much they bump the Hp up from 250, teamed w/ the 6 speed it very well could out accelerate the RX8.

Oh well, figured I'd post it. Not a bad deal if your looking for a 4 Door w/ some scrotum...

 

and base 350Z = like 26k

 

Nissan moving the SE-R to different cars sounds a lot like how Daimler-Chrysler moved the "SRT" badging to the Chrysler Crossfire (Crossfire SRT-6? I believe).....umm its on www.supercars.net

 

To be honest I wouldnt be buying the RX-8 to out accelerate anything.. As a daily driver it does these things for me.

A: Its fun
B: it handles great
C: its got lots of usable room
D: it looks great
E: lots of good options stock
F: nice sound
G: its practical....


The other contender would be the pontiac GTO..... but I'd have to drive one first before deciding 100%

 

Iive got a maxima, pretty much bone stock, with 235/40/18's and i still spin my tires/wheel hop. Thats the only thing I hate about my car. If any of you are looking to mod your cars at all, definitely spend the extra couple thousand and get the G35, you wont regret it. Or a maxima with LSD which im sure Nissan will be adding to the altimas with that much power.

Otherwise, altima's or maxima's are awesome quick "4 doors with some scrotum" as said above, the se-r seems like itd be a real good daily driver
